U.S. Treasury Bond Prices HigherNEW YORK (AP) -- Treasury bond prices were higher at midday Thursday. The price of the Treasury's 10-year note was up 3/32 point, or 94 cents per $1,000 in face value, while its yield fell to 4.02 percent from 4.03 percent late Wednesday. The 30-year bonds were up 1/16 point and yielded 4.90 percent, unchanged from late Wednesday, according to Moneyline Telerate. Two-year Treasury notes were little changed and yielded 1.70 percent versus 1.71 percent late Wednesday. Yields on one-month Treasury bills held at 0.87 percent as the discount also held at 0.86 percent. Yields on three-month Treasury bills fell to 0.92 percent as the discount fell 0.01 percentage point to 0.90 percent. Six-month yields held at 1 percent as the discount held at 0.97 percent.
